Hualok-PXIS200 Portable X‑ray Inspection System

The portable X‑ray inspection system uses X‑ray imaging technology to quickly obtain internal images of target objects, enabling convenient and rapid inspection. During operation, the application software is controlled via the display and control terminal to activate the X‑ray source, capture images on the imaging panel, and transmit them via wired or wireless communication to the terminal for display. By viewing the images, operators can quickly determine whether hidden hazardous items are present inside packages.

Strong penetration capability – Can penetrate A3 steel plates with a thickness of not less than 30 mm.

High resolution – Capable of distinguishing a single solid round copper wire with a diameter of 0.01 mm.

Mobile and portable – Can be carried and operated by a single person; the system can be deployed from transport mode to operational mode in no more than 3 minutes.

Easy to use – Equipped with a 10.1‑inch display and control terminal (tablet) for remote wireless operation.

High safety – The X‑ray source is equipped with a key switch to prevent misuse; audible and visual indicators activate when the X‑ray source is on; the X‑ray source automatically shuts off if remote control is interrupted; an alarm is triggered on both the control terminal and the X‑ray source if radiation leakage exceeds the standard at 50 mm from the surface of the X‑ray source.

Adjustable output intensity – X‑ray source output intensity can be adjusted as needed, ranging from 80 kV to 120 kV.
